WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE FEE
– Hotel search and shortlist across 2-3 comparable properties in your destination
– Group rate negotiation with the shortlisted hotel(s)
– Rooming list collection and room-type allocation (single, double, twin, etc.)
– Booking confirmation and written itinerary summary sent to your group organizer
– One point-of-contact coordinator for all communication with the hotel
– Support with the hotel’s group booking terms (deposit schedule, cancellation window)

HOW IT WORKS
1. Submit this service fee booking to reserve our coordination team for your trip.
2. Complete the trip details form (dates, destination, headcount, budget range, room-type preferences).
3. Your coordinator sources hotel options and negotiates group availability.
4. You receive a separate, itemized hotel cost quote in USD within 24-48 hours.
5. Once you approve the hotel quote, we confirm the booking directly with the hotel and send final confirmation.
