3. Your coordinator shortlists hotels and negotiates group rates and contract terms.
4. You receive a separate, itemized hotel cost quote in USD, including deposit schedule, within 24-48 hours.
5. Once approved, we finalize the contract, collect your rooming list, and confirm all rooms.
