2. Complete the trip details form (event date, venue/location, estimated guest count, budget range).
3. Your coordinator sources hotel options near your venue and negotiates a guest group rate.
4. You receive a separate, itemized hotel cost quote in USD, including group rate and booking deadline, within 24-48 hours.
5. Once approved, we set up the guest booking process and manage the block through your event date.
