Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kaseneneltd.com (the “Site”) and the group hotel booking, corporate travel, and related logistics services (the “Services”) provided by Kasenene Ltd (“Kasenene”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Our Service Model

Kasenene provides trip coordination and group hotel booking services on a service-fee-first basis. When you book a Service through the Site, you pay an upfront service fee for our coordination work. Hotel accommodation costs, travel costs, and any related third-party charges are not included in the service fee and are quoted separately once we have sourced availability for your trip.

The service fee covers our sourcing, negotiation, coordination, and administrative work. It does not guarantee a specific hotel rate, room availability, or third-party pricing, which remain subject to the relevant hotel or vendor’s own terms and availability at the time of quotation.

2. Bookings and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment for service fees is processed through Payonus, our third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Payonus’s applicable terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
A booking is confirmed only once the applicable service fee has been received in full.
After your service fee payment is confirmed, your assigned coordinator will contact you to gather trip details and begin sourcing hotel and/or travel options.
Any hotel or travel cost quote provided to you is an estimate based on availability at the time of sourcing and is subject to change until you confirm acceptance and the relevant third-party booking is finalized.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our service fee compensates coordination work performed after booking, refund eligibility depends on how far into that process your request falls. The tiers below apply to the service fee only; any separately quoted and paid hotel or travel cost is subject to the cancellation policy of the relevant hotel or vendor, which will be disclosed to you at the time of quotation.

To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@kaseneneltd.com with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Payonus and may take a number of business days to reflect, depending on Payonus’s processing times and your bank.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete trip details (dates, headcount, destination, budget range, and any special requirements) in a timely manner.
Respond to your coordinator’s requests for information or approval within a reasonable time, as delays may affect hotel or travel availability and pricing.
Ensure that any travel documentation, visa, or identification requirements for your trip are met; where you have purchased our Visa & Travel Documentation Assistance service, this is provided as guidance only and does not guarantee approval of any application by a government authority.
Review and approve hotel and travel cost quotes before we proceed with third-party bookings on your behalf.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kasenene acts as a coordinator and intermediary between you and third-party hotels, transport providers, and other vendors. While we take care in selecting and negotiating with these third parties, we do not control their services directly and are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services as booked.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kasenene’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount of the service fee paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. Kasenene shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed events, or travel disruption costs, arising from third-party hotel or travel arrangements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Kasenene Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments made through the Site are processed by Payonus. Kasenene is not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues arising from Payonus’s processing of your payment, and any disputes regarding a specific transaction should first be raised with Payonus in accordance with its own terms, in addition to notifying us.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
