Kasenene Ltd is built around one idea: the person booking rooms for a group of 8, 20, or 60 people shouldn’t have to negotiate rates, chase confirmations, and reconcile a dozen separate reservations by hand.
You pay a fixed service fee to open a booking file with us. From there, our coordinators source hotel availability, negotiate group rates, and return a single itemized quote — hotel and travel costs are never bundled into the fee, so you always see exactly what you’re paying for and to whom.
